The North 5th Street Improvements Project Team is currently developing feasible alternatives along the project corridor. As alignments are finalized, potential impacts to properties along or near North 5th Street can be gauged. Once the determination is made that a property will likely be impacted, whether it is a partial or total acquisition, each property will be handled as outlined in the Acquisition and Relocation links.

The City of North Las Vegas City Council has authorized right-of-way acquisition from Owens Avenue to Cheyenne Avenue as a function of the phased implementation schedule.

Preliminary right-of-way boundaries have been identified from Owens Avenue to Cheyenne Avenue and are reflected as follows:
