Phase 1A - Lake Mead Boulevard to Carey Avenue

The construction was authorized in January 2009 and is complete.

Phase 1B - Owens Avenue to Lake Mead Boulevard

The construction was authorized in January 2010 and is underway.  Completion is antipated in late 2010.

Phase 1C - bridge from Carey Avenue to Losee Road

The design is complete.  Bidding is anticipated to commence in Fall 2010, with estimated construction start at the beginning of 2011 and completion at the end of 2012.

Phase 1D - bridge and improvements from Losee Road to Brooks Avenue

The final design is underway and expected to be completed in 2011.  A construction schedule has not been established at this time.
